Pula - Croatian Defenders’ Home, from 29th Nov until 9th Dec 2018

Berti’s programme: Love at Second Sight is a programme that was originally created in 2007 in cooperation with the Croatian P.E.N. Centre, and is dedicated to the memory of Albert Goldstein, the great Croatian publisher, editor, writer, translator and a great friend of the Book Fair(y). Completely uninterested in the commercial value of books they are recommending, experts, prominent authors, art theorists, philosophers and arbiters of literary taste advocate titles that have been unjustly neglected by the media. Albert Goldstein's numerous admirers, who were his colleagues as well as friends, are a guarantee that high professional standards will be met and the audience satisfied. The programme is hosted by Zvonko Maković, Nadežda Čačinovič and Tonko Maroević.
