Mario Kalogjera
Mario Kalogjera was born in 1967 in Zagreb. He worked on comic books and contributed to various magazines (Patak, Vidici, Kviz), and since 1988 he has been working at Zagreb Film as a performance animator and phasing supervisor on the animated series in a Canadian co-production Mali leteći medvjedići (Little Flying Bears). In the early 1990s, he took part in the production of a series of computer-generated music videos (Dino Dvornik – Afrika and others), some of which were broadcasted on MTV, and the first Croatian gaming TV show for young people, Modul 8. Since 1995 he has been working at Croatian Radio and Television on the graphic design and animation of numerous TV trailers and credits. At the same time, he is working in the post-production on the feature films Fine Dead Girls, A Wonderful Night in Split... He moved to the Kenges studio in 2005 and took part in the design and production of TV commercials and TV trailers (NFL – NBC TV, NBA – ABC TV) and post-production of creative animated and fiction films (Leviathan, Soldier, Nema kraja, Behind the Looking Glass...). For the last fifteen years, he has been working as a freelancer, mainly in animation and post-production of animated, experimental and feature films.
