Vedran Štimac
Vedran Štimac (born 1991 in Pula) is a self-taught artist who has been actively working in illustration since 2014, developing a distinctive style that combines various techniques with a focus on detail and expressive freedom. His works often depict historical figures who have inspired him, intertwining their portraits with critiques of contemporary society. In addition to illustration, Štimac works in street art and screen printing. His murals carry strong, socially engaged messages, and he is active within the printing collective Smak Press and the tattoo collective Jutarnja Šetnja in Zagreb. He has exhibited in Pula, Ljubljana, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, and Zagreb, as well as in numerous group exhibitions. Štimac’s art reflects a deep commitment to social themes and a desire to inspire change through visual communication.
