Igor Tomljenović
Igor Tomljenović is an artist, photographer, creative director, art critic, and the author of numerous solo exhibitions in Croatia and worldwide (Gallery Schubert Gold Coast, Australia; National Gallery Brisbane, Australia; Griffith University Gallery Gold Coast, Australia; OK Gallery Rijeka; Ghetto Gallery Split; SC Gallery Zagreb; Kaštela City Museum – Vitturi Castle, and many others). He spent a significant part of his life in Australia, where he also completed postgraduate studies at Griffith University in visual arts. He has contributed to numerous domestic and international publications (Vogue, Playboy, Gold Coast News, The Age Melbourne, SYME Group Newspapers, Canon Chronicle, Correct Exposure, Leica Fotografie International, Jutarnji list, Večernji list, Glorija, Nacional, Polet). He is a member of the professional association ULUPUH and the prestigious KADAR36. He has received numerous awards and recognitions. As a commercial photographer, he has worked for Coca-Cola, Australian Telecom, Chiat Day Mojo Advertising, Cleminger Advertising, McCain Erricson Advertising, Golden Circle, Grace Cosmetics, Studio Search Modelling Agency, Sunčani Hvar Hotels, Amadira Park Hotels, Kornati National Park, and the tourist boards of Dubrovnik, Split, Zadar, and Šibenik, among many others. Although he works artistically across several continents, he has chosen the municipality of Murter Kornati as his permanent residence.
