Histrokozmos

Lukežijana

Lukežijana is a Histrokozmos program dedicated to Franko Lukež, who has, in his distinctive, simultaneously traditional and contemporary manner, paved a way for Istria, its gastronomy and oenology, to shine on the European and world map. An important part of this program is the presentation of a namesake edition published by Hrvatska Sveučilišna Naklada. Its first volume entails Istrian sayings about food and drinks that Franko Lukež has meticulously collected for years and presented in the program Historia Histriae aired at Radio Pula.
