Slavic Garden

Slavic Garden in Three Frames is a festival programme that creates an imagined space where contemporary Slavic literatures intertwine, fostering a dialogue between literature and cinema. At its heart are lively conversations about Slavic literature and film today, contemporary identity and its possible absence, the centre and the periphery, the primary and the secondary, the spiritual and the political, and, above all, the aesthetic and the artistic. Developed in collaboration with the international Forum of Slavic Cultures Foundation, the programme aims to promote Slavic literatures and authors, and Slavic cultures more broadly, while raising the visibility of Slavic literature at literary festivals and fostering connections between festivals through shared programming.
