Disquiets

Inner turmoil, doubts, fears, departures from so-called normality, but also geopolitical turbulence, historical and contemporary conflicts over resources, as well as memories and meaning, are at the heart of Disquiets, a programme that grew out of the central theme of the 31st Book Fair(y) in Istria. In this programme, authors, writers and philosophers will reflect on disquiet in its dual nature: as both a destructive and a creative, driving force that permeates all works of art.
