Stories We Tell

Stories We Tell is a new Festival programme dedicated to the art of storytelling. The programme’s inaugural edition will feature contemporary Slovenian authors brought together by Založba Goga, the publisher and organiser of the Reku Reku storytelling festival in Novo Mesto. Audiences will have the opportunity to hear specially created stories inspired by this year’s theme, La vita è bella, which looks at life through its fundamental paradox: the coexistence of unexpected highs and dizzying lows, moments of relief, happiness and contentment, but also melancholy, pain and confrontation.
